Early Years Foundation Stage  Reception set

 

This wonderful resource provides the first steps forward into the ‘Health Matters’ programme. It provides progression from the ‘Busy Feet’ resources (pre-school) and it has been designed to inspire and motivate young children, including those with additional learning needs, to adopt a healthy active lifestyle. There is a variety of activity ideas available inside the teacher’s resource book and all activities have been designed to capture young children’s attention whilst giving teacher’s a starting point for practical activity and discussion. Included in the pack is a CD ROM containing game cards that can be printed, and a ‘Busy Feet’ music CD which consists of 12 original songs and music designed to encourage your little ones to get moving. There is also a pack of food cards to support many games and activities. The resource has been written to help reduce the time that teachers spend in planning and preparation. The ‘project maps’ are especially helpful in providing activity ideas and links to the new Early Years Foundation Stage.
